Over two decades at Canyon, he led investments across credit, special situations, and equity markets, with a focus on value creation in complex and cyclical industries. Todd brings deep expertise in capital allocation, corporate strategy, and public market dynamics—particularly in sectors critical to American industrial and strategic resilience.

Vice Admiral Sean Pybus is a retired Navy SEAL with a distinguished 35-year career in U.S. Special Operations. He served as Commander of Naval Special Warfare and Deputy Commander of U.S. Special Operations Command, leading global missions across defense, intelligence, and diplomacy. Today, he advises mission-driven companies at the intersection of national security and innovation.

Scott Letier is an experienced investor and corporate leader who serves as Chairman of Xerox and Conduent. With a track record of stewarding complex businesses through strategic transformation, he brings deep expertise in governance, capital markets, and operational execution. Scott also leads investments across technology, industrials, and services through his role as Managing Director of Deason Capital Services.

Jack Selby is a technology investor, entrepreneur, and film producer with deep roots in Silicon Valley. A former executive at PayPal, he is Managing Director at Thiel Capital and has backed numerous breakthrough companies in fintech, defense, and emerging technologies. Scott Faris is a veteran technology executive and growth strategist with deep expertise in photonics, autonomy, and quantum technologies. He currently serves as Chairman of LightPath Technologies and was previously Chief Business Officer at Luminar and CEO of Infleqtion, where he led commercialization efforts at the forefront of lidar and quantum innovation. With decades of experience scaling frontier technology companies, Scott brings strategic insight across deep tech, defense, and industrial markets.

Rich Berthy founded Foreside Financial, an outsourced governance, risk, and compliance company that merged with ACA Groupin 2022. He now runs Big Sky Trust Company, which serves family offices, endowments, individuals, foundations, and holding companies.
